Implementing effective team structures includes the cultivation of trust and professional intimacy.

The process is natural, organic and really intuitive.

We will work through these three structural elements to develop a unique set of practices for your business and team.

  • A 1 hour call with company decision makers to determine where your team is struggling, stagnant AND already successful.

    A summary of my notes from our call to make sure I understand business values and goals. I’ve captured implicit and explicit team needs and priorities, pain points and celebrations.


    Including a suggestion of time and money budget.

  • Confirming time and financial commitment, goals and values.

    Designing your ideal format (in-person, online, or hybrid) to ensure that the professional and interpersonal development
    for your team reflects key priorities for your business.

    Part of this process will include feedback from team members via surveys, 1:1 meetups/phone calls or group sessions.

    This plan is a custom prescription for your team’s way forward in happiness, resilience, and productivity.
