“Owning a small business by myself can be lonely & isolating. Luckily, I have Georgia in my corner to help me brainstorm ways to adjust, adapt, build & grow my business. I always leave our conversations feeling inspired & energized, ready to take action on her ideas and advice. Georgia always manages to see to the heart of the issue at hand & offers up strategies to make work more fun, joyful and easy.”

I've worked with Georgia in various capacities and on specific projects since 2002. I have come to depend on her ability to build training that is wholly aligned with the defined business goals. She has created and implemented a variety of unique and dynamic learning experiences that are highly relevant. Georgia cultivates a culture of learning that stands above others because she keeps the learner at the center at all times without losing sight of the brand and company goals and objectives.

As a team, we have had a number of classes with Georgia. As a manager, I am learning to appreciate that opposites attract, and opposites can also communicate and create effective teams. Working with Georgia and the Lumina tools, I have learned to welcome and be grateful for our differences and celebrate them. I can use this awareness when project planning, feedback and reviews and in every day interactions with the team.

Georgia creates a safe environment for teams to see each other more generously. Helping them to illuminate the spaces between each other and connect them.

With playfulness and honesty, she supports each individual to see where they shine in a team and possible blind spots.

Leveraging this clarity and confidence, she helps the team build trust to support each other in meeting collective goals and objectives.

As a fellow facilitator working with Georgia, the exchange of feedback is a natural flow: it is as easy to receive feedback from Georgia as it is to give it, as her intention is always constructive and sensitive. This allows for a quick turnaround or adjustment, leading us to create more impactful content and delivery. During the transition from in-class “face-to-face” to online “virtual” delivery models, this allowed us to quickly adapt while remaining true to the purpose of the content.

“As a busy mother and passionate community entrepreneur, I am in dire need of mind space to think, project, create, self-reflect, (re)connect with myself and just breathe. This is exactly what Georgia’s workshops provided me with. I am grateful for the mind space.”
