Empathy coach Georgia Reynolds

People & Business

I like to call myself an Empathy Champion—and in service, empathy makes work better.

I support Leaders and Team Members, from technical service providers or customer support at the front desk, or on the retail floor, to turn genuine care into consistent client experiences, a strong team culture and generate a healthy profit.

Clients often refer to me as their Team Coach. More formally, I’m a Chief People Officer for service businesses—from salons, and beauty boutiques to restaurants and retail.

More about my Professional Roots here.

I can see what needs to go, to stay and how to arrange what you already have and make it REALLY work for you.  ~ Georgia

What I Do

  • Champion Empathy at Work: design and implement empathy practices in teams, leading to more resilience, happiness and time inside (and outside ) your workday.

  • Help you build a People+Business culture: that elevates both the team and client experience and creates rave reviews, recommendations and loyalty.

  • Coach Leaders and Teams: owners, managers, service providers and support teams to communicate clearly, handle difficult moments with grace, and avoid burnout.

  • Personalize Simple Empathy Practices: using your business values for professional relationship building between co-workers and client-service provider.

  • Elevate Communication: to protect time, deliver effective feedback, and hold efficient meetings.

  • Develop Sustainable Coaching Practices: practical coaching model that is self guided to be used from hiring to growth plans that improve retention.

The Result

More time back in your day. A calm, confident floor. Stronger rebooking and retail. Lower turnover. Happier humans—on both sides of the chair.

If you’re building a business people love to work in and clients love to come back to, let’s work together.

How I Work

Using your values and goals with your time and money budget, I will use a thoughtful, test-and-learn approach: assessco-designpilot embed.

I focus on your measurable outcomes for example: client retention, 5 star reviews, loyalty, and team engagement—so changes feel good and show up on the bottom line.

Why Me

I bring 30 years of people-focused work across service delivery, corporate facilitation, customer success, and professional development.

I’ve worked with hundreds of small businesses and advised teams across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. I can advise at the strategy level—and when needed, I roll up my sleeves to implement alongside your team.

  • CURIOSITY

Curiosity doesn’t have an opinion or evaluate if something is good or bad. If you’re curious, you’re interested.

Curiosity is the antidote to judgement. It takes curiosity in yourself and others to find the gems that will fuel your courage.

  • COMMUNITY

Oxford English Dictionary sums it up:

“A body of people or things viewed collectively” Community, in this sense, is not something that one fits into; it is also something that is chosen through a process of self-discovery.

  • CONNECTION

Connection is possible when there is trust between people. Brene Brown uses the acronym BRAVING which stands for: boundaries, reliability, accountability, the vault, integrity, non-judgment, and generosity when talking trust.

Practicing these skills can help strengthen connection.

  • CLARITY

Clarity Is feeling connected to yourself. It is speaking confidently when describing who you are and the work you do.

Clarity takes constant attention and polishing, to be able to see in your mind’s eye what is happening inside and around you.

  • CREATIVITY

Creativity is defined as the tendency to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others.

It is the energy that keeps us curious about ourselves, others and the world.

  • COURAGE

Courage is not the absence of fear but the assessment that something is more important than fear - Franklyn D Roosevelt

Self Awareness can be scary. The more you know yourself, the more you can trust yourself, and others.

  • COLLABORATION

Collaboration is a partnership and a shared act of creation. It’s a commitment to working together—across differences, experiences, and perspectives—with the belief that what’s built together is stronger than what’s created alone.

  • CONTRIBUTION

Contribution is offering what you can to the collective effort. It’s showing up with your skills, perspective, and care, knowing that even small contributions help shape something meaningful.

Who are you?

*️⃣ You believe there is room for Empathy in the workplace.

You’re a business founder, owner or leader or part of a talented team that wants to expand or anchor your business.  Maybe you’re building momentum and want to grow with confidence. Or you’re noticing some challenges in team dynamics that are impacting stability or growth.

Either way, you know that traditional “command-and-control” leadership doesn’t work in today’s beauty industry. It doesn’t inspire creativity, loyalty, or long-term financial health. You want something better—for your team, your clients, and your business.

Here are some of the things you take seriously:

You know that investing in your team is investing in business growth.

✔ You care about profitability today while building stability for tomorrow.

✔ Your values are a decision-making tool, not just words on the wall.

✔ You are open to new ways of leading, supporting, and motivating people.

✔ The team VIBE is just as important as the numbers on the report.
