Each custom package is designed based on your team’s specific goals, needs, and bandwidth. I usually work with teams over the course of anywhere between 3-18 months.
As an example, in a 6 month package you can expect a time commitment of 12 - 24 hours, spread out in a combination of virtual, in person, group, and individual, self- directed, time.
A typical distribution of programming is 60% virtual facilitator lead, 30% in person facilitator lead and 10% self-directed. Virtual sessions are 60-90 minutes, on average. In-person sessions are typically 2-4 hours.
Together, we’ll design a custom schedule that compliments the way you and your team work. Ideally, series are made up of a combination of virtual and in person. This allows for maximum flexibility and maximum connection.
