Why People Development?
At some point in the small business journey, most teams trip into issues like burnout, stagnant productivity or uninspired morale. Leaders, often overwhelmed themselves, can invest an incredible amount of effort, time and money looking for ways to fix the [wrong] problem.
People development if often overlooked as a legit solution. People Development is blending personal + professional development together. When you put the attention on developing the whole person, rather then segmenting personal and professional development the impact is much deeper and the results are much more visible and long term.
Professional Development is about developing the PEOPLE so the they can bring themselves, their skills and qualities to the BUSINESS.
