Curiosity doesn’t have an opinion or evaluate if something is good or bad. If you’re curious, you’re interested.
Curiosity is the antidote to judgement. It takes curiosity in yourself and others to find the gems that will fuel your courage.
Oxford English Dictionary sums it up:
“A body of people or things viewed collectively” Community, in this sense, is not something that one fits into; it is also something that is chosen through a process of self-discovery.
Connection is possible when there is trust between people. Brene Brown uses the acronym BRAVING which stands for: boundaries, reliability, accountability, the vault, integrity, non-judgment, and generosity when talking trust.
Practicing these skills can help strengthen connection.
Clarity Is feeling connected to yourself. It is speaking confidently when describing who you are and the work you do.
Clarity takes constant attention and polishing, to be able to see in your mind’s eye what is happening inside and around you.
Creativity is defined as the tendency to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others.
It is the energy that keeps us curious about ourselves, others and the world.
